Welcome to OSM Gift. We specialize in customized and personalized products made specifically as per customer requirements. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict and transparent policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our business.
🚫 Non-Returnable Products
- All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed.
- Orders cannot be changed once they are processed for production.
📦 Eligible Return Cases
Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- A wrong product has been delivered
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect from our side
📌 Important:
- Customer must provide a proper unboxing video and clear photos as proof
- Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be processed in genuine and verified cases
- Once approved:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
🔄 Replacement Policy
- In most valid cases, we provide a free replacement instead of refund
- Replacement will be processed within 3–7 working days after approval
❌ No Refund / Return in These Cases
- Wrong details provided by customer (name, photo, design, etc.)
- Customer does not like the product after delivery
- Minor color/print variation (screen vs actual product difference)
- Product damaged after delivery or used by customer
- Delay caused by courier partner
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary
- OSM Gift is not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist in tracking your order
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
- After that, cancellation is not allowed as production starts immediately
📦 Return Shipping
- In case of valid return, shipping cost will be decided case-by-case
- If issue is from our side, we will bear the cost
